【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestothesafeperformanceofnewlyproducedcompressednaturalgasfuelsystemcomponents,intendedforuseonnaturalgaspoweredvehicles,aslistedinTableI.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytothefollowing:(a)liquefiednaturalgasfuelsystemcomponentslocatedupstreamof,andincluding,thevaporizer;(b)naturalgasfuelsystemcomponentsincorporatedduringthemanufactureofmotorvehiclesoriginallymanufacturedincompliancewiththeFederalMotorVehicleSafetyStandards(FMVSS)forCompressedNaturalGasFuelledVehiclesandtheCanadianMotorVehicleSafetyStandard(CMVSS);(c)fuelcontainers;(d)stationarygasengines;(e)containermountinghardware;(f)tubingandfittings.Thisstandardappliestonewlyproducedcompressednaturalgasvehicularcomponents,constructedentirelyofnew,unusedpartsandmaterials,suitableforservicepressuresasspecifiedbythemanufacturerforuseoninternalcombustionengines.Ifavalueformeasurementasgiveninthisstandardisfollowedbyanequivalentvalueinotherunits,thefirststatedvalueistoberegardedasthespecification.
