【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61968specifiestheformatandrulesforexchangingmodelinginformationbasedupontheCIM(CommonInformationModel)andrelatedtodistributionnetworkdata.TheintentionofthispartofIEC61968istoallowtheexchangeofinstancedatainbulk.Thus,theimportednetworkmodeldatashouldbesufficienttoallowperformingnetworkconnectivityanalysis,includingnetworktracing,outageanalysis,loadflowcalculations,etc.Thispartcouldbeusedforsynchronizinggeographicalinformationsystemdatabaseswithremotecontrolsystemdatabases.ThispartiscloselylinkedtoIEC61970-452EnergyManagementSystemApplicationProgramInterface(EMS-API)CIMNetworkapplicationsmodelexchangespecification.Thus,thisdocumenthasbeenwritteninordertoreduceitsmaintenance.ItdescribesonlydifferenceswithIEC61970-452.Nevertheless,asIEC61970-452isafutureinternationalstandard,thispartstillhasduplicateinformationwithIEC61970-452,inordertobemoreunderstandable.ItusestheCIMRDFSchemapresentedinIEC61970-501asthemeta-modelframeworkforconstructingXMLdocumentscontainingpowersystemmodelinginformation.ThesyntaxofthesedocumentsiscalledCIMXMLformat.Modelexchangebyfiletransferservesmanyusefulpurposes,speciallywhensomeapplicationsneedtohavethecompletenetworkmodeldefined.ThoughtheformatcanbeusedforgeneralCIM-basedinformationexchange,inthispartofIEC61968,specificprofiles(orsubsets)oftheCIMareidentifiedinordertoaddressparticularexchangerequirements.GiventheCIMRDFSchemadescribedinIEC61970-501,aDMSpowersystemmodelcanbeconvertedforexportasanXMLdocument,seeFigure1.ThisdocumentisreferredtoasaCIMXMLdocument.Allofthetags(resourcedescriptions)usedintheCIMXMLdocumentaresuppliedbytheCIMRDFschema.TheresultingCIMXMLmodelexchangedocumentcanbeparsedandtheinformationimportedintoaforeignsystem.ThispartofIEC61968isalignedtoCIMModelversion11,CPSM3.0profile.Similartousinganyprogramminglanguage,implementershavemanychoiceswhencreatingaCIMXMLdocument.TheRDFsyntaxitselfcanbeusedinseveralwaystoachievethesamebasicresult.ThewayoneapproachestheCIMRDFSchemacanyieldvariousformswhenproducingaCIMXMLdocument.ThefollowingclausesdiscussthestyleguidelinesforproducingaCIMXMLdocument.Suchguidelinerulesareimportanttocommunicateandfollowwhenproducingthesedocumentsbecausetheysimplifyandfacilitatethesoftwarewrittentounambiguouslyinterpretthemodelinformation.SomecomparisonshavebeenmadebetweenCIMRDFandCIMXSD.AnnexesA,B,CandDareextractedfromarticlesanddocumentsdiscussingCIMRDFandCIMXSD.AdistributionmanagementsystemcanuseonlyaCIMXSDmessagetypesarchitecture,butCIMRDFhasthreeadvantages:?AUMLmodelisagraphmodelandRDFhelpstodescribethegraphmodel.XSDdescribesahierarchicalmodelwhichsuitsthemessagetypeapproach.?RDFismorereadableandunderstandablebypeopleworkingintheelectrotechnicalfield.?Itisabasicrequirementtobuildontologies.Ifrequired,toolswouldensurethecompatibilitybetweenCIM-RDFand,forinstance,IEC61968-4andIEC61968-3messagetypesconcerningdistributionnetworkmodelrepresentation.
