【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofnitrogenoroxygenunitswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE),manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisdocumentappliesto:—alltypesofmobilenitrogenunitsandoxygenunitswithtransportablegascylindersinterchangeableforfillingpurposes;—equipmenttobecarriedwithotherGSEorvehicles,e.g.skidmountedunits,intendedforthemanualrefillofgaseousnitrogenoroxygenonaircraft(ExamplesseeAnnexA).NOTEGenerallyoxygenunitsareusedunderaircraftmaintenanceconditions,notundercommercialservicingconditions.Thisdocumentdoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.Thisdocumentdoesnotdealwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandfromothervehiclesontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletonitrogenoroxygenunitswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
