【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportentitledInteroperabilityoftelehealthsystemsandnetworks?Part2:Real-timesystemsbuildsontheintroductiontotelehealthdescribedinISO/IECTR16056-1Healthinformatics-Interoperabilityoftelehealthsystemsandnetworks-Part1:Introductionanddefinitionsandfocusesonthetechnicalstandardsrelatedtoreal-timeapplications,(includingvideo,audio,anddataconferencing)andinteroperabilityaspectsoftelehealthsystemsandnetworks.Specifically,thisdocumentaddressesfourmainareas:i)Standardsforreal-timetelehealthsystems.ThisTechnicalReportdescribesthetechnicalstandardsrelatedtoreal-timetelehealthapplications,includingaudio,video,anddataconferencingcapabilities.Italsoidentifiesgaps,overlapsandinconsistenciesinthestandards,andprovidessomeguidanceabouthowtheyneedtoevolve.ii)Interoperabilityissuesintelehealthapplications.ThisTechnicalReportexaminesinteroperabilityaspectsofreal-timemultimediaconferencingstandardsandtelehealthproducts,andidentifiesareasofconcernsfromtheinteroperabilityperspectivethatneedtoberesolved.iii)Requirementsforinteroperabletelehealthsystemsandnetworks.ThisTechnicalReportdefinesinteroperabilityrequirementsatdifferentlevelsofinteractionbetweentelehealthsystemsandprovidessomeguidelinesonhowinteroperabilitycanbeachieved.iv)Frameworkforinteroperablearchitectures.ThisTechnicalReportidentifiesinteroperablebuildingblocksfortelehealthsolutionsandinteractionsbetweenthesebuildingblocks,andexploresthepossibilityofstandardizationofthesebuildingblocks.ThescopeoftheTechnicalReportdoesnotincludeconformityandinteroperabilitytestsorfunctionalspecificationsfortelehealthsystemsandnetworks.
