【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribessomeoftheprincipaltoolsandtechniquesthatarecommonlyusedfortheidentificationandassessmentofhazardsassociatedwithoffshoreoilandgasexplorationandproductionactivities,includingseismicandtopographicalsurveys,drillingandwelloperations,fielddevelopment,operations,decommissioninganddisposaltogetherwiththenecessarylogisticalsupportofeachoftheseactivities.Itprovidesguidanceonhowthesetoolsandtechniquescanbeusedtoassistindevelopmentofstrategiesbothtopreventhazardouseventsandtocontrolandmitigateanyeventsthatmayarise.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicableto:—fixedoffshorestructures;—floatingproduction,storageandoff-takesystems;forthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletodesignandconstructionaspectsofmobileoffshoreunitsthatfallunderthejurisdictionoftheInternationalMaritimeOrganization.ThisInternationalStandardisnotintendedtobeusedaspartofcertificationcriteria,andnodefectinthemanagementofrisksshouldbeinferredifanyofthetoolsandtechniquescoveredbythisInternationalStandardarenotappliedtoaninstallation.
