【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationdefinesgenericnumberinganddatastructuresforunambiguousidentificationofequipmentusedforIntermodalgoodstransport.ThesedataareknownasIntermodalGoodsTransportNumberingandDataStructures.ThisTechnicalSpecificationdefinesdataindependentlyofthedatacarrier.ThemodellingofdataisbasedonAbstractSyntaxNotationOne(ASN.1)asdefinedinISO/IEC8824.ThisTechnicalSpecificationexcludesanyphysicalaspectssuchasinterfaces,dimensionsetc.Datathatformpartoftransmissionorstorageprotocols(headers,framemarkersandchecksums)areexcluded.DatadefinedinthisTechnicalSpecificationrequireasystemforcontrolanddistributionofnumberseriesindependentofthedifferentAVI/AEIsystems.Thisisrequiredinordertoavoidambiguityandtoprovidethenecessarylevelofsecuritywhereappropriate.ForthisreasontheregistrationauthoritydefinedinENVISO14816appliesforthisTechnicalSpecification.ThisTechnicalSpecificationenablestheuseofoptimisedencodingschemessuchasASN.1BasicPackedEncodingRules(PER).ThisTechnicalSpecificationprovidesinteroperability,notonlybetweensimpleAVI/AEIandmorecomplexRTTT/TICSfunctions,butalsowithpre-existingStandardssuchascontainer(ISO10374).Specificationsforprotectingagainstchanges,classifyingandqualifyingsecurityaspectsofthedataareoutofscopeofthisTechnicalSpecification.ThisTechnicalSpecificationrelatestoAVI/AEIunits,butnottosmallercontainersandunitsbeingtransported.Forsmallerunits(palletloads,trays,parcelsetc.)pleaserefertoISO/IECSC31standards,ISO18000series.TheNumberingStructuredefinedinthisStandardisdesignedtoenablecombinationswiththedatadefinitionsfromISO18000series.ThiscombinationwillbecoveredinCENISO/TS17264(underpreparation).ThisTechnicalSpecificationprovidesthecapabilitytocarryapplicationdata,associatedwiththeidentification,tobecarriedaspartoftheAVI/AEImessage.WithinthisTechnicalSpecificationthisisprovidedasa"blackbox"facility.ThedefinitionofthestructureandcontentsofsuchmessagesareoutsidethescopeofthisTechnicalSpecification(exampleswillbeshowninCENISO/TS17264).
